MMMMMMM.. that's it! This recipe is definitely a keeper. As others have suggested, do double the gravy (maybe even triple)!.

I LOVE THIS RECIPE, I have made it several times. I skipped the sherry and beef broth, and doubled the onion. The gravy is delicious and I used milk and flour and tony chachere's gravy powder for the gravy. It's delicious!

YUMMY! I made this when I realized I was out of ketchup and couldn't make meatloaf. This is so good! The recipe is perfect as is - just double the gravy if you like to put it over your potatoes as well.

We buy ground meat all the time, and were looking for a new way to prepare it. This was the way to go, for sure! It was very easy and very forgiving. We used ground turkey instead of ground beef, and cooking wine instead of cooking sherry and we served it with yam, biscuits, and asparagus. It took very little time to prepare, and the whole family loved it (especially my boyfriend who was like a fly the entire time I was making it) We all loved this recipe and have added it to our ground meat rotation!

I have made this recipe several times. I use lean beef and am probably heavy handed with the seasoning. The only change I make is to add sliced mushrooms. A great comfort food served over mashed potatoes.

Very easy recipe. The gravy had a great taste...don't leave out the sherry as it really makes a differance.

This was one of the best recipes I've made off this site. I made them with mashed potaotes and they were perfect. I doubled the grave because me and my boyfriend like alot on our meat and potatoes. Will def be making a regular mean in our home!

Very good recipe. I did my own thing with the spices and left the sherry out since I didn't have any. The burgers release a lot of fat in the drippings after frying so I drained most of it off before making the gravy. I served this over homemade mashed potatoes.

This was tasty! The gravy was very forgiving as I was distracted and let it simmer way too long, didn't burn a bit! I liked the hint of sweetness that the sherry added. Overall a nice filling comfort food. I did double the gravy, but since I made mac-n-cheese instead of mashed potatoes (booooo) it wasn't necessary. Next time that gravy is going over some taters! Thanks for the great supper!

The only change I made was leaving out the cooking sherry because I didn't have any, and it turned out great. The gravy was fantastic and very easy, and I love that it is made with ingredients I always have in my kitchen.
