Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped dill pickle
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 hamburger buns, split
  • Lettuce Leaves

Directions

  1. In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned; drain. Cool. Add the next six ingredients. Spoon about 1/2 cup onto each bun; top with lettuce.
