Ingredients

  • 6 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 (2 pound) loaf processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 (2 ounce) can chopped black olives
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl combine the ham, cheese, green onion, olives, eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix all together. Spoon mixture into buns and wrap each bun separately in a piece of aluminum foil. Place wrapped buns on a cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Unwrap and enjoy!
