This made a quick easy lunch for my husband and I this weekend. I took the crescent rolls and rolled them out into the rectangle and pressed the seams together. I then layered sliced baby swiss and slices of ham over the top within 1" of the sides. I omitted the mustand and onion (hubby won't eat onions). I then rolled them up, starting with the long side, sealing any open creases as I went. When done rolling it was the size of a sub sandwich. I sprayed with butter spray and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. I then baked for about 20 minutes to make sure the dough that was spiraled in the middle was completely done. It turned out yummy!

Easy and tasty for weeknight meal or lunch. Definitely better than frozen alternatives. A hit with both my toddler and husband. I used thin deli ham and it got too hard on edges towards the end of cooking time. Next time, I would either do a better job of completely covering the ham with the dough, or use thicker slicked ham.

I didn't have swiss so I subbed half mozzarella and half cheddar. I also threw in some hot sauce for a little kick. This was a huge hit! Thanks so much for the recipe.

I am going to give this 4 stars. It's easy, fast, and my children love them. I think they are just ok.

I just didn't care for the crescent roll taste with the ham.

Excellent, used Mozzarella cheese in place of Swiss, be sure to spread mustard thicker on inside and folded into pockets versus rolling, contained filling better. Dip in honey-mustard sauce after baked.

All though I like crescent rolls I really didn't care for the taste and texture of the crescent roll paired with the meat and cheese. I used the kind that comes in one full sheet but still had a hard time getting everything inside and sealed up. We used deli ham and tried mustard and ranch inside. My husband liked this dish a little more than me but we will not be making it again.

Even though I am not a huge Swiss cheese fan, I thought these were excellent. I made them with a Dijon honey mustard and brushed egg white on top before baking. So easy & so good. :-)
