This is a easy taste dish. Leave out the mustard, can be to overpowering.

I really liked this recipe. I did make some adjustments after reading the reviews. I did not have any bell peppeR, so instead I used a jalepeno pepper and chopped onion. I also added 3 more eggs and used only 2 Tbs. butter which I used to saute the onion and jalepeno. I melted the processed cheese in the microwave and added some milk to it ( 1/3 cup) to make it a sauce so I could pour it more easily onto the casserole. I still used all the milk it called for to spread over the mixture. I also sprinkled it with shredded cheddar cheese for the last 15 minutes of baking time. I took this to a church fellowship breakfast and it was all gone in no time! Yum.

Everyone loved it! My substitutions were a loaf of italian bread, rice milk and 2 tablespoons of spicy brown mustard.

Always good. Even tastes good the next day (if there had been any leftovers).

Absolutely delicious! I didn't use any butter and I added red pepper (instead of green) and spinach. I also used whole wheat bread and just mixed the cheese cubes into the casserole without melting. Great flavor.

Excellent dish. I made 4 pans of these for an event with some friends, and all were devoured! Very easy to make as well.

This was ok, but lacked flavour. Pepper and herbs of some sort would do a lot for this dish. I might try again but would need to play around with the flavour of this dish.

I halfed everything, and used a loaf pan, worked out great. I used chedder, swiss and american cheese. I also added some pepper and salt for taste.

This recipe was pretty good. I did not use green peppers just because I don't care for them. I did not care for the texture the american cheese gave, or the flavor. Would use a different cheese next time, maybe cheddar. Would say this was good, not great.
