First of all, I did make a few modifications, but all in all, I loved this recipe. I made it for a Church event and everyone raved! I don't like mushrooms so I omitted them, I also added about a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, along with sliced tomatoes, basil, and parmesan cheese on top. These additions gave it not only a pretty look, but a yummy flavor! Thanks for sharing!

This was very good, and nice and easy! My modifications were as follows... it was Lent, so I left out the Ham. I didn't even let it sit overnight, and I was out of flour, so that was left out. It was the first thing gone at the scrapping retreat!

Good flavor and easy to put together the night before. Next time, I will either increase the baking time or cover the dish as it was still a little soft at 45 min. Hubby and I both enjoyed this at breakfast this morning though. Served with bagels and fresh fruit.

Very good, everyone loved it but I used a 13x9 dish and the egg bake was very thin. Next time I will use a smaller dish.

I really enjoyed using this recipe over Christmas 2008. I made it several times before trying to practice what I would do for Christmas morning for my large family gathering. I used bacon cooked up ahead of time. But always used the fresh green peppers and onions. Also, I never made it ahead of time (except cooking the bacon bits), just put everything together and baked it then. I found myself enjoying the leftovers just as much with a quick microwave warm-up. Mixing eggs with flour and milk makes the eggs serve more people with less egg. I am so happy to have this recipe in my kitchen to refer to often. Thank you Susan Miller

This is excellent and so easy to make. I made it for a Thanksgiving family brunch and it was GONE first with everyone having seconds! I didn't even refrigerate it overnight and it still came out perfectly. Very much enjoyed this recipe. Thank you!

Absolutely first-rate. Very flavorful and easy to make...especially the night before when company is staying over. Next time I will add garlic and chopped spinich but it is extremely good as outlined.

Loved it! Used a cooking onion I had on hand rather than green onion, but it was a great dish! Will use this recipe again!

We thought this was delicious. We are trying out recipes for my son's baptism brunch and we will definitely be using this one. I made it as written, other than cutting the recipe in half.

This is a really good breakfast casserole! Very easy. I used deli ham and green pepper since this is what I had on hand. I cut the recipe in half and used an 8x8 pan and it worked great! Will make again when we have overnight guests!

switched out the ham for breakfast sausage and it was good. I did not add enough salt and pepper...seemeed to miss something though, sort of bland to me but people seemed to like it.

Delicious! Served at a women's group and everyone wanted the recipe. I had no cheddar cheese so used all low fat mozarella and it was great. So many baked egg casseroles use bread as a filler, but this doesn't. On my diabetic diet I can eat it without worrying about extra bread.
