I made this for two, so I cut the recipe in half. I always find cheap sliced cheese and lunchmeat at Grocery Outlet so new ways of making grilled sandwiches are a plus. I did use a little mayo along with the dijon mustard to help the meat stick a little better. Both my son and I loved this. Very comforting.

Very good. I liked the mustard flavor with this, it really perked up a plain ham and cheese. I used honey mustard since I prefer it to the sharper dijon. I cut these in triangles out of habit instead of strips because my husband was talking to me, and I wasn't paying attention (to my cutting the sandwich, LOL, I WAS listening to my dear sweet hubby) anyway it was good and I liked this. Thanks!
