We loved this recipe. It is very simple to prepare. My girls loved it too. Made one with mozzarella and pepperoni..and one monster one...for us. On ours we followed recipe except we sauted 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, 1 large sweet onion and 2-3 cloves of garlic in a little butter/olive oil combo. Let this cool before adding to other fillings. It's just easier to work with cool. :) We then added the veggies on top of the pepperoni then added some sliced black olives on top. Rolled up nicely. We baked both rolls together at 375 degrees for about 26 minutes. Served with a good marinara sauce to dip into. Turned out beautiful. Thanks very much for this one. I love quick easy and delicious.

This is so good and easy. You can use different cheeses and meats to suit your tastes, or add vegetables like mushrooms or roasted red peppers. The possibilities are endless. I don't recommend using turkey bacon though. I tried it once and it overpowered the entire sandwich. Give this one a try!

I made the first time for lunch guests, and it was a hit. I added genoa solomi. Will cook it again.

This recipe's instruction are very deceptive. The dough was horribly hard to work with. No tips are given as to how to get the dough to stretch & roll out to a usuable rectangle. There must be some technique I don't know about. I couldn't accomplish it. Was a waste of time & ingredients. Would not make this again.Very disappointing.

this stromboli is very tasty. i was searching for a casual recipe to make with deli ham & found this one. i didn't have green onions so substituted a medium sauteed yellow onion instead. i also made this with the "real italian calzones" dough because we prefer fresh over store bought. thanks pat!

Thank you so much for posting this one! I was search all over for what my family calls stromboli and I was not willing to admit defeat and ask my cousin the reciipe. All the other stromboli recipes that I found are what we call calzones, which are great but not what I wanted. Thank you it turned out terrific! My hubby was so impressed he said that it was better then the ones that my cousin makes! 5 stars all the way
