My family and I LOVED this recipe! It's very versatile. The ingredients you can mix to fit what you have on hand! I love recipes like these! I had Cream of Mushroom Soup on hand so I used that. I also used the veggies I had, which were frozen broccoli, canned corn, and canned green beans. Halfway through cook time, I topped the dish with Cheddar Cheese French Fried Onions. It was SO delicious! My family even reheated the leftovers the next day and it was still good! And to get my fam to reheat leftovers is a task! Definitely a recipe worth trying!

Very tasty! Made with Cream of Asparagus soup (that's our favorite kind) & green beans, and topped with French Fried onions. So yummy!

Very easy and tasty recipe! I doubled it, and used 1 can cr of mushroom soup with the 1 can of cr of chicken. I added fresh broccoli. Delish

I'm glad I doubled the recipe. I used brown rice, sharp cheddar, cream of mushroom and frozen brocolli. My husband thought peas would have been better. We all thought this was pretty good, except my 3 year old wouldn't try it.

I googled recipe using ham and rice and this came up! AWESOME!! I read all the modifications and ended up doubling it, using 1 can of crm of mushroom and 1 of crm of celery, didn't have any California blend (usually ALWAYS have it) so I made my own from individual bags of broccoli, cauliflour, and carrots, and put some french onions on the top! My picky 10 year old loved it and just picked out the broccoli (her own idea). Definitely will make this again!

My family loves this recipe. I did make some changes. I doubled the recipe. I used 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 small jar of chicken gravy for the sauce. I also used a bag of frozen corn and a can of green beans as my vegetables because that is what my kids eat. Baked it in a 9x13 pan and most of it was gone by the end of dinner. Making it for the 2nd time this month already..

I thought this recipe was very good and an excellent way to use leftover ham. I too used cream of mushroom soup but added frozen peas in sauce rather than the other vegetables as well as a jar of mushrooms with the juice and 1/2 of a chopped onion. I topped it with french fried onions.............delicious!! Bonnie, Newton, N.J.
