Ham Skroodle Salad

Smoked ham, crunchy broccoli and slivers of fiery sweet red onions are tossed with pasta and a spicy mustard vinaigrette. Chill for at least two hours to let the flavors blossom, then garnish with juicy red cherry tomatoes for a colorful salad entree.

Bake ham and cheese in a classic custard of eggs and milk, because sometimes the simplest ideas are the best. Hint: be sure to thoroughly grease your baking dish. For a little variation toss in a few sliced scallions or some freshly snipped herbs.
