This was a great recipe! It was very simple and tasted great! It was the first quiche I made and it turned out wonderfully! The next time I make it, I will add a little more spinach and use thicker sliced ham. I used deli ham and it was just a little too flaky for my personal taste. Yummy recipe!

This was a wonderful recipe. I prepared it with the Cinnamon Chip Applesauce Coffeecake and we enjoyed a wonderful brunch this weekend. This was a simple recipe and it turned out wonderfully! Definitely a no worry quiche! So easy! So good!

This was delicious!! The only thing I did differently was instead of pie crust I used mashed potatoes and I used left over ham instead of the canned ham. Even my fussy 4 year old liked it : ) Try it!

I was looking for something to serve my cousins in a few weeks for our Christmas lunch. I decided on a Quiche and found this recipe. I tried it out on my husband and he loved it. I just served a salad with it and it was plenty. I used fresh spinach and I didn't think it overpowered the tast at all. Great Quiche!

I use deep dish pie shells, smoked ham from the deli and add sauteed onion.I make four at a time and freeze two non-baked pies. This is the best quiche I've ever tasted. Very easy, also.

Normally I like spinach but I thought the flavor overwhelmed everything else. If I ever made this again, I will definitely use another vegetable in place of it. From what I could taste in bites without the spinach, it was pretty good.
