Ham and Cheese Puffs

"These tasty little bites go over great with kids. They have fun making and eating them. These puffs are delicious with soups or as party appetizers."

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (2.5 ounce) package sliced fully cooked ham, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; set aside.
  2. Divide crescent dough into 24 portions. Press into greased miniature muffin cups. Spoon 1 tablespoon ham mixture into each cup.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
