These were super easy and very tasty! They'd be great appetizers to use leftover holiday ham. I used cheddar cheese and put in a bit too much onion (half a med. one). Next time I'll use less onion, as it was overpowering. But overall a great recipe!

I made these little morsels for Christmas morning brunch, and my family of 3 ate all of them in one sitting! I was afraid that there wasn't enough filling for all the dough portions, but it worked out fine. They puffed up nicely and tasted delicious. I would prefer a crispier crust, but that is the nature of crescent roll dough. Good & easy recipe. Thanks Marvin.

These were so, so easy to make! I made them for my St. Patty's Day party and threw them together just as guests were showing up. I followed the directions exactly except I used fresh ground pepper and for the onions, I added a little less than 1/4 cup of the Zataran's dried onions (I find these work better than other brands of dried onions because they plump up quickly and easily, even without cooking...however, I am not sure if I have seen them in many stores outside Lousiana). Even though I had a ton of great food, these were the only things that I didn't have left over. Everyone loved them! I will definitely make them again!
