Ham and Cheese Biscuits

"These specially stuffed biscuits are a must throughout the year. I get asked to make them for school parties, bridal luncheons and holiday get-togethers."

INGREDIENTS

  • 24 heat and serve pull-apart rolls
  • 1 1/2 pounds shaved fully cooked ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese, quartered
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Separate rolls. Evenly divide ham and cheese into 24 portions and place in the center of each roll. Place in a greased 13-in x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Combine butter, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Pour over rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes.

These are even more tasty if you use King's Hawaiin rolls. Yum!

YUM! I made these for a party a few weeks ago and they were a huge success! I used Boar's Head brand Virginia Ham, and its sweetness really complimented the delicious sauce. I'll definitely make this again!
