Just like Mom used to made. The only thing I did different was I added 2 eggs instead of the one.

keeper! Reminds me of growing up in the mid-west. Always a party when we had little sandwiches with ham salad!

I made this yesterday with some leftover ham. I followed the recipe except I used Grey Poupon's Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard. I just finished my sandwich I brought to work and it is delicious. Thanks so much for the recipe.

I love this recipe! It is super easy to make and tastes really great. I make as is with the exception of adding one more egg. I also sometimes use turkey/ham which is good too! Thanks for a super easy tasty recipe!!

Wow! This was so easy and a lot less expensive than the deli counter at the supermarket. I didn't use all the mayo that the recipe called for. I like my salad a little dry - I used just enough to bind the ingredients together. I served it on sourdough bread and even the kids ate it!

I halved everything (except the egg) and used celery seed instead of celery, onion powder instead of onions, and left out the mustard. My husband loved it! Served on sandwich buns made from Oatmeal Sourdough Rolls, from this website--very tasty!

I actually chopped the ham by hand and added a little extra of a few of the ingredients (plus salt and pepper) to make ham salad for sandwiches, and my husband and I both love it! A keeper!

Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. We love it. I served it at a baby shower recently and received lots of complements. We serve it on "dollar" size rolls.

I liked this, my husband did not. He said it "tasted funny." I didn't have celery, so I left that out. Maybe the celery would have helped it, and next time I may try dijon mustard to add some zip to it; it was a little bland. Thanks for a good recipe.

My whole family loved this. I made sandwiches with it. When it was gone they wanted more. I used a food processor which made it easy.

Made this after Easter to help use up the ham and it was great. I didn't have any celery or pickle relish (as my family doesn't like it) and it still turned out good.

Yummy. Trying to find a way to use up the leftover New Year's ham, I happened upon this recipe. I used more like ½ cup of mayo, maybe 3 tablespoons of dill relish (we prefer dill to sweet pickle relish), maybe 2 teaspoons of mustard, and I added 8 chopped up green olives. It was good immediately after mixing, but after sitting in the fridge for three or four hours, it was awesome. I don't have a meat grinder, so I just used one of those mini-choppers (like a tiny food processor) and put the ham in it in two batches, pulsing until finely chopped. Perfect! Thanks for sharing, Marcella!
