My husband LOVES this recipe! It is so easy! I just toss the ham in the food processor and then add onion and egg. We go a little heavier on the sweet relish cause we love the sweeter taste. Thank you for sharing this !

This is a wonderful recipe. My husband never liked ham salad and when he tried this one he hid the leftovers for himself.

I made this with left over ham, and only wish there had been more left-overs. I did leave out the egg, just a personal preference, but it was delish! Thanks so much for sharing.

Loved it so easy.. I put everything in food processor and I did add a squirt of lemon juice. Served on wheat bread instead of crackers. Will make again. Thank you

Great recipe and quick to whip up! Had some ham left over from a graduation brunch thought I would use it for this recipe....Stanley Cup playoffs are on and I had a bunch of hungry teenagers now they ask for it as a regular snack, makes great croissant sandwiches also.

Very good! I only had 1 1/2 cups of ham, and did not have any pickles/relish so skipped that. Otherwise, I kept all original measurements w/less ham. I ate most of it right away and only when I went to write my review did I realize I totally forgot the mustard! I only had dijon, and it definitely adds depth to the flavor. Can't wait to take the leftovers to work in a sandwich tomorrow!

Easy to make and lots of fun. I made this with left over ham from Christmas and served on crackers at New Years. Then placed a sliced green olive on top.. pretty and yummy.

Delish! My mom made this & followed the recipe exactly (as far as the very small amounts of relish, etc), but she did sub green onion for the onion. I wasn't sure how I'd like it, but I must say I will definitely be making it. Great on Ritz! My husband gobbled it up, so I wasn't able to eat as much as I wanted to!

I personally didn't like the egg salady taste of this spread. Thought it would be better without the egg. I also added some finely minced fresh jalapeno to give it some kick. Good recipe though.

Great way to use up scraps of the New Year's ham. Didn't have a hard boiled egg so omitted it. Great job for the food processor.

VERY good! I was also looking to use up left-over ham, and this looked like an easy way to do it. I left out the egg because I didn't ahve one ready to use and also used less mayo. The flavor was great! I'll keep this around, maybe use more onion next time, too.

I made this yesterday with some leftover ham. I followed the recipe except I used Grey Poupon's Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard. I just finished my sandwich I brought to work and it is delicious. Thanks so much for the recipe.
