it was ok, but you really could make a bechamel sauce instead of the "package scalloped potato mix" it only takes a few mins. don't use "margarine". Sharp Cheddar Cheese Is Better.

great quick meal was a little soupy would have thought most of the cheese would have gone in with ingredient not just at the end but but maybe that was my mistake. plus left out beans served broccoli cole slaw with almonds as a salad. nothing left over at end of meal

This was great! I followed the directions on the scalloped potatoes box (1.5 cups water and 1/2 cup milk). It was yummy! We'll do it again!

Had a lot of ham left over and was looking for a recipe to use for a party. Ran across this and it sounded so good that I made it for dinner tonight. I switched out a can of green beans (drained) for the frozen and used Colby cheese. It was delicious. Will definitely make it again.

I made some changes so I am not sure I can rate this correctly. I used 2 boxes of scalloped potatoes so I doubled the water, butter and milk. I didn't measure the ham, just cut up a lot of it and dumped in with the potatoes. I skipped the green beans and extra cheddar. ((Mainly since no one would eat them with veggies in there and didn't seem to need more cheese)) I also added some extra garlic powder to give it a taste boost. The kids really liked it...and the hubs likes anything with meat added to it! The idea is a keeper for us. =) Thanks

This was good and easy to make. My kids gobbled it up. The only thing I didn't like is how soupy it was. But overall this was a very good, quick, easy dish for a busy family on te go.

I agree with so many others. This is a wonderful "use what you got" meal. Try it with sweet italian sausage (precooked 7 mins) in lieu of ham and use canned corn in lieu of green beans. Next time I am going to try it with some fresh fish fillets and peas. Thanks JenSkip.

This is a fast, easy supper. I used peas and carrots for the vegetables and omitted the cheese
