my kids and husband loved these, didn't have parsley so i used veggie seasoning in them, and didn't have cubed ham so cut up 4 good size slices of ham lunchmeat, made with leftover instant potatoes and they were great! Potluck worthy my husband said, and he know how picky i am about thing i take places.

Since they don't sell tubes of baked breads where I live, I had to make the dough with Bisquick my mum sent me. One prpped portion was perfect and I had no problem with getting the dough up the sides. (I did however put too much dough in each perhaps, forgetting about the rising factor!) I made a portion of mashed taters from 3 medium potaoes, otherwise following this recipe to the letter. My husband went crazy for them, and he's not a huge fan of Western foods. The ham I used came from a larger cut, so I sliced the extra ham into "steaks" and cooked them in sugar-free maple syrup in a skillet. Use the syrup glaze to dip the bicuits in...yum!

I didn't have leftover mashed potatoes, so I made up a packet of Four Cheese Instant Potatoes - made it extra cheesy. I acutally needed more than 1 cup of potatoes to fill, also. And to help get the biscuits to spread easier, flatten your bisuits a little before you place in the tin. Since there is only two in my household, I froze the leftovers - I believe they will reheat wonderfully!

This was a great way to use leftovers. Very delicious. I didn't have canned biscuits, but did have canned crescent rolls which was a good substitution. There are less ounces though for using crescent rolls, so it only made 6 but I just loaded each puff up with the filling. Excellent recipe.

A good way to use leftovers. I wouldn't say it was "great", but it makes a good, substantial meal.

This is just ok. I don't know if I used biscuits that were too large or what. (I used grands). They just didn't have a lot of flavor. I think it would be interesting to use this recipe and replace the potatoes with eggs and make mini quiches. I would use smaller biscuits. But I would definately season these up, the 1/4 tsp of garlic isn't enough.

Wonderful recipe! I had a little trouble keeping the potato in the biscuit when baking but I was also using a heart shaped cup muffin pan. These were absolutely delicious! My whole family is still raving about them.

AWESOME! Loved this so much. Used the last of my leftover Christmas goose and my mashed potato/turnip mixture. Added a little onion powder and thyme as well, and it came out fantastic. Husband loved it! Served with steamed broccoli and goose gravy. Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for.
