I used a 9 X 13 casserole dish which worked good but I had to cook it about 10 minutes longer than the recipe said to get the eggs to set. I used 4 eggs, added onions, red pepper, jalapeno and spices. The potatoes still didn't seem quite done, so I would either thaw them next time or cook them with the precooking crust part. This may be because I used about 2 cups instead of the 1 cup recommended.

This was quite easy to make and pretty tasty. My husband and I are agreeing that it is a bit bland as is, but just not sure how to spice it up a bit yet. I don't have a pizza pan so I used a cookie sheet, same as I do for a regular pizza. I used two packs of crescent rolls, 6 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 tsp pepper. We thought 2 cups of ham was a little much even for our double recipe. Unfortunately our store didn't have shredded hash brown potatoes so I had to use southern style. The crust got a little dark even after 25 min, so I have decided next time I will try only cooking the dough at the beginning for a couple of minutes. Other than that I ate a few pieces, so it was pretty good.

love the pizza did a twist on it. add chorizo and a little salsa, instead of the ham. watch the cooking time little less,so not to crunchy

Tried this recipe this morning. Although it was easy and not any mess i didn't think it was much flavor. Could be doctored with additional things. I do give it 4 1/2 stars though. Thanks Willie

Awesome!! So delicious!! Just wanted to warn people to be careful of the type of pizza pan you use. I used the only pizza pan I own...a flat round baking stone. The problem was that I rolled the edges of the dough to keep the eggs from running all over. Didn't work though. As it baked, the dought puff up and the edges unrolled, the eggs ran off the pan and all over the bottom of my stove. I'm going to buy a pizza pan with an edge just so I don't have another big mess when I make this again....oh yes, I will definitely be making this again, but I think I'll double the recipe and add some bacon to better fill up my family of 6!! Thanks for a great recipe!

This was great! I increased the eggs to 4 and baked in a 13x9 inch pan. Also added a little tabasco sauce to the egg mixture. All was good, but sure I liked the hashbrowns included.

I made this for my son's BD sleepover and it was a hit. Super easy and and quick. I used 5 eggs and enough hasbrowns to cover the crust. This is a keeper!
