I'm an amateur cook, at best. But last night my boy friend and I made this pizza for our date night, it turned out amazing. I added an extra egg, and used bacon as well as ham. WONDERFUL!

This recipe is fantastic! I made it for my family, except instead of using ham I chopped up one bratwurst, and one chedder bratwurst for experimentation. Believe it or not, it rocked! I added a total of 5 eggs, and did not measure the cheese, but I added more then asked. With hashbrowns I had one layer on the bottom. I also chopped up purple/red onion in the recipe and cooked for 35 minutes. I was a little nervouse when my dad tryed the first piece, but he ate four pieces of pizza! We loved this recipe. Amazing!

I made this for dinner last night, and my husband practically kissed my feet. All of his favorite breakfast foods in one! My only reccomendation is not to skimp out with generice cresent rolls... use the brand name stuff... it will make a differenece!

Very simple and very, very tasty! I used bacon instead of ham, but other than that, I kept the recipe just the same and my family loved it!

Thanks so much for posting this recipe! I used some homemade biscuit dough (I kneaded a bit extra to toughen it up a bit) for crust and cooked it in a 9x13 pan for about 30 minutes.

This pizza was good but I made these changes. I used more than a cup of hash browns (enough to make a thin layer covering the crust.) ,, then a layer of cheese (I used the entire 2 cup package), added chopped onion and chopped green pepper to the ham, added a 2 extra eggs and added that layer, then sprinkled the parmesan cheese. It did take a little longer to bake with these changes (about 35 mins.) but I think it was delicious and only required one piece per person. Thank you for a great recipe!

I added red pepper and green onion and it was excellent. I was surprised I thought it would heavy and it wasn't. I also used reduced fat croissant rolls. I placed it in a 9x9 pan and the egg didn't cook all the way through, so I would definately stick to the pizza design.

It tasted good. I added bacon with the ham. I also had to add 2 more eggs. If I had more I would have added at least another 2. Overall it was good. I liked the crust and it was easy to prepare.

I made this for a bruncheon today and everyone loved it! I add some more potatos and 1 more egg to make it a bit heartier, and I added some green chile (New Mexico staple) which was a great compliment to the already great recipe. I actually just came back to send it on to the people who requested it. Thanks!
