Ham N Egg Pizza

SUBMITTED BY: Margaret Smith

"I like to fix this fun dish when we invite our children and grandchildren for brunch. There's never a slice left! The recipe is quick and easy to prepare, using refrigerated crescent rolls to form the crust. The ham makes it hearty."

This pizza was good but I made these changes. I used more than a cup of hash browns (enough to make a thin layer covering the crust.) ,, then a layer of cheese (I used the entire 2 cup package), added chopped onion and chopped green pepper to the ham, added a 2 extra eggs and added that layer, then sprinkled the parmesan cheese. It did take a little longer to bake with these changes (about 35 mins.) but I think it was delicious and only required one piece per person. Thank you for a great recipe!

I added red pepper and green onion and it was excellent. I was surprised I thought it would heavy and it wasn't. I also used reduced fat croissant rolls. I placed it in a 9x9 pan and the egg didn't cook all the way through, so I would definately stick to the pizza design.

It tasted good. I added bacon with the ham. I also had to add 2 more eggs. If I had more I would have added at least another 2. Overall it was good. I liked the crust and it was easy to prepare.
