1 (1 pound) loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
1/2 pound sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Colby cheese
1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS
On a floured surface, roll dough into an 18-in. x 12-in. rectangle. Layer with Swiss cheese, ham, cheddar cheese, Colby cheese and broccoli to within 1 in. of edges; sprinkle with garlic powder. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; seal seams and ends.
Place seam side down on a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cover loosely with foil; bake 15-20 minutes longer. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

My family loved this, I put garlic powder on the dough before I put anything else on, I also added mushrooms and black olives, then after rolling the dough I sprinkle a little more garlic powder on top, (the other night I made it and forgot I was out of garlic powder I used italian seasoning that was even good)

My family absolutly loved this! I did add an egg wash to the dough before baking but other than that made exactly as listed.

This was great! My only changes were adding mushrooms, using fresh broccoli instead of frozen, and spreading butter and garlic powder on top (not in the filling). Will definitely make again. Not very difficult.
