Yummy! I made these and they were quite good! I didn't make the crusts as I didn't have enough time, so I used frozen tart shells. I also added parmesan cheese, used old cheddar and omitted the salt. I also omitted the ham as I didn't have any on hand, however I cut up pieces of broccoli and mushrooms and placed them in the tart shells. Then I added grated old cheddar into each shell and poured the egg mixture over top. It was quick & easy and very tasty! I made these for Christmas Eve and there were quite a hit! Thanks!

I was looking for a quick appetizer to make . I didn't have many ingredients and made these...they were very yummy. I did not have any of the cheese, so I made my own outside with a biscuit recipe, but the inside was yummy. I also added a little oregano to the mix :)

Really lovely, cute party piece. I found the egg mixture needed a bit more flavouring so added aromat seasoning (which is garlic , onion salt mainly). Turned out lovely!

Even after greasing the pan, these stuck to the bottom like nothing I've seen. I did not care for this recipe.

These don't seem to be able to cook long enough and bake the eggs. The dough was also hard to bake. I think I'll keep searching for the right mini-quiche recipe for us.

Started to make these for Christmas (got the crust dough mixed and refrigerated), but didn't get around to actually making them until New Years. Really yummy, but REALLY rich! I love having the cheesy crust, but that with the super rich filling was just too much. Kind of a self-limiting appetizer. Very good, though!

I thought these were really good! My husband found them to have a bit too much crust, but I actually liked the crust a lot. I made them for a Christmas Eve party, and people seemed to like them, and I found myself eating them up!

What a beautiful appetizer! I also rolled out the crust between sheets of saran and used a cup to cut out the circles. My daughter took the quiches to a girls Christmas party so I added bits of red paprika and chopped parboiled broccoli for the red and green effect. Being in Japan, I had to substitute the cheeses with what I found in the stores here but the quiches still managed to survive. Thank you for a great recipe!

SOOO yummy! I followed the recipe to the letter and it made 24 perfect mini quiches. The cheese in the crust is a great touch!

Great for parties - love the pastry as it is so easy to make. I did make a couple of changes; if you have a kitchen aid, use the beater to make the pastry which is a lot less messy! I then immediately rolled out the pastry, cut out circles using a cutter and lined the mini muffin tins. I put this in the fridge to rest which helped with the shrinkage I experienced the first time. I then chopped up the ham very finely, and added it to each pastry case to ensure each got a share. I topped with cheese (I used a parmesan blend with Asiago and Romano for a more cheesier flavor) then poured the egg/milk mixture over the top. Use half and half or heavy cream for a creamier flavor.

These were absolutely delicious! I used sharp cheddar in lieu of monteray jack (what I had on hand). I also made some into regular size muffin pans for bigger quiches, and they also cooked in about 30 minutes too. Highly recommended!!

Delicious! I used bacon instead of ham but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. They were a little too salty so next time I might leave the salt out as ham and bacon are both quite salty on their own. I shared these with some friends and got many requests for the recipe.

I made these as an appetizer at our Easter dinner. They disappeared! I chopped up some of our dinner ham and used an 8oz container of sharp cheddar spread and it tasted fantastic! Pretty simple to make and very easy to enjoy! Lots of taste and a great pastry! I might try this same pastry cup again, but with a different filling-just to change it up. Great recipe!

These were a big hit Christmas eve. I substituted swiss cheese for the Monterey Jack. I also doubled the crust recuipe and made a batch with bacon, chddar and sauted onion as well.
