Thought the sour cream would really add something, but ended up tasting mostly like any other quiche. Still good, but disappointing.

Loved this! However, I didn't have a pie crust, nrt had flour, so did it crustless. Had an extra mushroom in the fridge, chopped it up and added. Didn't have the chives, so left those out. My husband and I just loved it. You could SO easily add leftover veggies, sauteed onioins, more chopped mushrooms. This was so very easy and very, very good.

This was very good! I did chop up the ham and just mix it in with the ingredients. One word of warning, however...keep to the 2/3 cup of soup...I just threw in the whole can and it took FOREVER to bake!

This was such a great recipe. I have made it twice so far, the first time using ham steak and the second using diced ham. Diced was easier and did not make the pie bubble over. I used sauteed onions instead of chives, and added a can of mushrooms, it was delicious. Toddler and hubby ate it up.
