INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ham steak
  • 1 (9 inch) pastry shell, baked
  • 2/3 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives
  • Dash pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut ham to fit the bottom of pastry shell; place in shell. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over ham. Cover edges loosely with foil. Bake at 425 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
