Original Recipe Yield 1 1/4 cup glaze
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup mango chutney
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1/8 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Combine brown sugar, garlic, mango chutney, orange zest, orange juice, and mustard in the work bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth.

  • To use glaze, brush on cooked smoked ham, and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
