This biscuit breakfast sandwich is made with green chiles, bacon, jalapenos, onions, eggs, and Jack cheese. Get up and go with some spice! I prefer to roast my own green chiles, but you can use a can of green chile.

My friend Jane in Denver first served this to me in the 80's and I've been making ever since. Different way to use cooked ham, and very nice for a brunch-type serving. Mini ham and cheese souffles are baked until golden, then served with a mushroom sauce. You may substitute the mushroom sauce with another sauce if you wish.

A great breakfast or brunch for guests. Easy to prepare, and delicious. I 've made it on a pizza round in kind of a pin wheel fashion. If you just do the outer ring it looks like a wreath. You may us cream cheese instead of cheddar cheese if you wish.
