VERY good lunch/brunch with a salad. I streamlined this by substituting lowfat evaporated milk, 3/4 cup EggBeaters and lowfat cheddar cheese. Cooking time was about 65 min.

The recipe was ok. The ham chunks seem to sink to the bottom of the quiche. The flavor was good though. Thanks.

I loved this! I made it crustless for less carbs and it came out beautiful. Very tasty!

I have made this for my family several times and they love it. It's one of my husband's favorites, and he's really picky - thanks!

Excellent quiche that was easy to put together for dinner. I think the evaporated milk really gives this just the right firmness. Great recipe.

I made this quiche for Christmas morning brunch, and it was a huge hit! I love that it came together in about 5 minutes. Don't leave out the thyme-it makes a huge difference. i may try it with Italian seasoning next time for variety.

Very good. Quick. Easy. Next time I think I will try it with shredded cheddar. I also used egg beaters rather than whole eggs. Tasted just as good.

This was a big hit at my house! I added extra cheese on the top because we like our Quiche to be really chessy. Excellent recipe!

I modified this recipe by using colby-jack cheese instead of Swiss, and I left out the thyme because I didn't have any. My husband and I really enjoyed this and I will definitely make this again and again!

This was my first attempt at a quiche, I was amazed at how well it turned out. I made it with chedder cheese because that was what I had on hand. I forgot to add the onion...until after it was in the oven for 10 minutes so I sprinkled some on the top while it was baking. That made it a little more colorful. I'm so glad quiche is so forgiving. My husband loved it! I will be making this again, I'll try adding the onions before cooking next time.
