This recipe was fantastic and my husband loved it. Instead of the onion and jalapeno, I used freshly-made "pico de gallo", however. What a great taste!

My husband made a variation on this. He let the fish marinate in italian dressing for just about 10 minutes. Very yummy

Very good! My husband loves bacon and I love heat, so it went well with the halibut that we caught in Seward, Alaska a few days ago! Yum!
