I have eaten my share of cheese stuffed jalapenos but I must say that the HERDEZĀ® Red Guajillo Chile Mexican Cooking Sauce put these over the top. These will be my go to jalapeno appetizers. I might add that the cheese mixture also makes for a great warm dip on it's own. Thank you for a great recipe GreenGirl24.

My husband took these to a table-top gaming session and they were GONE in less than 10 minutes! Lots of OOO's an AWE's! I'm guessing they will be requested again! VERY good! I didn't have habanero cheese so I used pepperjack. Worked great! Thank you!

I found myself pleasantly surprised w/this recipe! I made these as an awkward side for Blackened Tuna and they were delicious! I purposefully chose large jalapenos in hopes of reduced heat. I did not have the habanero cheese, so I used a shredded Mexican mix instead. While these don't look pretty, they do taste great and were super easy to throw together, too. THANKS for the recipe, GREENGIRL24!

A delicious appetizer! I didn't have the habanero cheese, but it didn't seem to matter. I just used a bit extra of the cheddar and mozzarella.

Yumm-o! These peppers had such good flavor and the filling was so easy to put together. I had a difficult time finding large jalapenos, so, I should have watched my cooking time a little better because my peppers were a little soft. I will try again and just watch my cooking time, but, give this recipe a try - really good!

My boyfriend and I loved these. I did skip the melting of the cheese step, though, because I felt like it wasn't really necessary. 25 minutes in the oven was perfect. This recipe is awesome!
