The name of the recipe is misleading, it should be called sorbet which has a water/sugar base. It had a great chocolate flavor - it's just not ice cream.
This was pretty interesting. When you freeze it after you make it, it's definitely ice cream textured. Unfortunately to me it only tastes like standard chocolate ice cream. Adding in extra chipotle cooking sauce only made it spicy and not in a great way...
