I made these mini loaves with my 3 year old for Christmas. Super easy recipe - she enjoyed being able to help. I think I made the mistake of not chopping the gumdrops small enough which led to a loaf not cooking through. I would make them again but I would use my Pampered Chef food chopper on the gumdrops so they weren't such big gumdrop chunks in the bread.
