Very good! I added a squeeze of spicy mustard to the blender and otherwise followed the recipe...yum!

Edible, but not wonderful. I really wanted to like it since it's a healthier Mac n' Cheese choice. Perhaps extra cheese sauce would help...it turned out a little bit dry. I will probably try it again to give it a second try!

I have made this recipe a number of times and everyone loves it! Since my boyfriend like spicy food I added a few items to give it more zest: 1/4 tbsp cayenne pepper to the blender mix and red pepper flakes & pepperjack cheese cut into small pieces before it goes in the oven. I have also added cooked chicken which is somewhat non-traditional but very tasty!

Mild as is, easy to prepare. Will try it again with more spices, to add a bit more zest. Also does not need as long in oven as stated by recipe. Thanks for a great "guilt free" treat!!

My family loved this dish! I made a few changes that probably didn't help on the 'guilt-free' purpose of this recipe, but still, it was great! Instead of Parmasean cheese, I used Kraft Mexican shredded cheese, low-fat Velvetta cheese for the cheddar cheese, and a mix of onion powder and dried onion for the fresh onion. I also used about double (or a little more, didn't measure exactly) the Velvetta for the cheddar cheese it calls for. With that said, I did everything else exactly and it turned out fantastic! Also, our family doesn't like Mac 'N' Cheese as leftovers, but we re-heated this by adding some milk and it actually tasted better the next day. :) Definitely cut the recipe in half, though, if you're feeding a smaller bunch, because a little of this fills you up quick, at least with how I made it with extra cheese. Overall, a wonderful recipe, especially if you're looking to sneak in healthy when feeding yourself and others, without compromising taste! Thank you for the wonderful recipe! :) It's a keeper!
