Great recipe, everytime I've made it everyone loved it. I use red onion and make sure to chop it finely but add a bit less than half a cup (maybe a 1/3 of a cup) as I don't like raw onion to be overpowering. I figure you can always add more if not strong enough. I don't find the onion is too strong in this dish if you let it sit for a couple hours. I've also made it with diced jar jalepenos as well rather than the cayenne pepper. Used baby Roma tomatoes about 8. I've served it with raw vegetables, homemade pita chips and also with corn chips. Delicious!

Total crowd pleaser! Only substitution I do is dried minced onion just because fresh onions don't work for me. With the minced onion I get a milder onion flavor and it's easier on the tummy.

This is yummy! The only thing I added was a bit of cumin, just because we love it. I also backed off on the tomatoes a little. But, I'm telling you - you should make this!

Good potential but I found this to be a little heavy on salt and lime. This surprised me because I'm always adding more salt to my guacamole! Need to tweak this one.... not any good 24hrs later :(

This is a great recipe my whole family loves. It can be made up on a moments notice and there is never any left. Suggestion: to keep from turning brown quickly place seed in middle of guacamole until ready to serve.
