Not that this recipe needs another review but I have made it so many times now, it seemed only right to rate it. Everyone I have made this for loves it too! I love the proportions as they are, though I sometimes add a bit more garlic. My son loves this guacamole without the cilantro - he`s not a fan so if you aren`t either you can omit it and still have great guacamole. Personally I think the cilantro adds excellent flavor. Don`t be afraid to use a little cayenne if you`re not sure; that`s what I did the first time and it added just a little kick. No other guacamole recipes that I`ve tried are as good as this one. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!!

This was my first time making Guacamole so I followed the recipe exact! This was really tasty and it was gone that night! I would definitely make this one again and wouldn't change a thing!

I've tried a lot of guacamole recipes and this is my favorite. The only addition I have made is cumin, but even without it this guacamole is great.

This is a fantastic recipe. I like to saute the onions a bit, and add a few serrano peppers rather than the cayenne pepper though.

Very good recipe. I zing everything but the avocado in the food processor and put it in the frig. Then I can make a 1,2, or 3 avocado batch of guacamole in about 90 seconds.

This is the best guacamole I have ever had. I omitted the cayenne, and used Rotel cilantro and lime. To keep it fresh in the fridge, I kept one avocado seed in the mixture. I don't know why but it helps it maintain the bright green color. Also, to stay heart healthy and carb-free, take a chicken breast dry seasoned with Mrs. Dash fiesta lime and grill it, then top this guacamole on top. Delicious!

AWESOME! I have been making this recipes for a few years and every time it is a hit! I recently got married and received a molcajete from Crate N Barrel for a gift and it makes the guacamole even better, so if you are a guacamole addict like myself I would strongly recommend purchasing one!

Loved it. This only makes enough for 2-3 people. So double it if taking to a party.

This was awesome! I don't even like guacamole but made it for a group pitch-in and it was a hit. I also tried it and to my surprise, liked it! Keeping this one for sure.

ABSOLUTELY the best guac in the world. I'm astounded every time I make it. Made it for a fourth of july party and it was gone in 4 minutes- and that was a triple batch! Everyone tells me its the best guac they've ever tried. I add about 3 pinches of cayenne pepper and extra garlic, but other than that I follow the recipe to a t!

Nice and onion-y. Great fresh taste with the cilantro. The pinch of cayenne adds flavor but not heat.

This is what I used for the base of my guacamole. I gave it four stars instead of five b/c we also like jalepeno salt and green chile seasoning. Delightful!
