I will give it 4 stars as is but to be fair, I made these changes and I think it is 5 star with these changes and healthier too! First,I left out the sugar (why use it, just extra calories for nothing), used 0% fat Greek yogurt in place of sour cream (I do this with everything), added sauteed garlic and onions to the turkey and a liberal sprinkle of jalapenos and reduce the cream cheese (used 1/3 fat neufchatel) to about 6 oz. it was amazing and the jalapenos give it a great boost. Also, I used rigatoni that I precooked a little firm and then heated it all in the oven till bubbly.
