I changed the peas to green beans. I also added garlic powder, worchestershire sauce, and a can of diced tomatoes with jalapena peppers. I cooked it for 25-30 minutes. It came out wonderful!

I am always looking for ground beef recipes as it always seems we have more than we need. This was good everyone enjoyed it but I was told next time to have extra biscuits on the side there were not enough in the meal for my family of biscuit lovers

I found this recipie to be ok. Nothing great just ok. Similar to a baked sloppy joe with biscuits & cheese instead of bread. I made biscuits from scratch which I think helped a but. But it needs much more spice.

This was okay. It seemed like spaghetti sauce with veggies. I did make my own biscuits and fully cooked them first. I cut them in half and topped with the hamburger mixture. To the sauce I added garlic and onion powder and a can of diced tomatoes as I only had one can of tomatoe sauce. I also added 2 boillon cubes to flavor it up a bit. I also added carrots and corn to add more veggies. My husband liked it. I'll probably cook again as it's nice to have another ground beef recipe.

My kids loved this! I used the Easy Biscuit recipe from the site as the biscuits. My kids were upset that there wasn't any left because they wanted it the next night for supper again. Not too bad for a 4 year old and her 9 year old brothers!

it would have been better but the biscuits dont cook thorooughly so they taste doughy and mushy. I won't be making this recipe again.

This was delicious! I definately had to put in quit a bit of my own seasonings. I love garlic so I added a garlic glove to the ground beef while frying it up. My husband and I both loved it. Im giving it 4 stars because of all the extra seasonings.

Everyone loved this when I made it. The only difference that I made was adding shredded carrot while sauteing the onion and celery. I did put some cheese on top before adding the biscuits on top as well. My sister who is very picky, loved this dish. There were no leftovers.

I made this recipe last night and my family LOVED it. I did change a few things: I used turkey sausage instead of ground beef, I added fresh parsley, dried basil, dried rosemary, and garlic salt to the sausage, and instead of using tomato sause I used diced tomatoes that came seasoned with garlic and basil. I added a little bit of parmesan cheese to the meat as well. I also used croissants instead of biscuits. The seasonings really gave the sausage a great kick. The only bad thing about this recipe is that there were no left overs. I will definitely make this again.

I was certainly surprised. I was looking for very inexpensive food to make; not really concerned too much about flavor...just something edible. And I was surprised it tasted as good as it did although, I do have to agree with my husband who said "well, it's not filet mignon but, for the price it wasn't bad." And my children liked it as well.

This recipe was excellent. I decided to make my own biscuits instead of buying them and I added broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. The sauce and flavors were wonderful. Thank You

This was just okay. We weren't wowed by it, but then again we weren't really expecting to be. It was edible, but after a few bites was a bit boring. It reminded us of tatter tot casserole. Not great, but easy.

I thought it sounded okay - cheap to make and it was just okay. My family and I were disappointed, it was more like spaghetti sauce with cheese and biscuits than anything else. I tried spicing it up but it was no good anyways. I will not make this again.

This was OK. A little bland. Also I wish i had taken others suggestions in baking the biscuits a little first, because I had to toss the biscuits as they were not done and soggy.

It was a great all inclusive meal, but it did lack something, like others have reported. Next time I will try a spiced up variation. I also cooked the biscuits before adding them to the top of the dish as one other has suggested.

This is a really good, really easy dinner. I use the crescent roll rounds on top instead of regular biscuits and it adds oh so much buttery deliciousness! Not as good reheated though, so its best to eat it in one sitting.

My home-from-college son really liked this, but I did do a couple of things different. I omitted the salt in favor of some Worcestershire, and I added garlic powder and basil with the oregano. I used no-salt-added tomato sauce. I kept the celery and peas, but used crescent rolls instead of biscuits. It turned out really great, but I reserve 5 stars for really special. This was a terrific weeknight dish, though!
