Very good!! I adapted the recipe a little bit and substituted for ingredients I had and it it turned out awesome! I didn't have tomato sauce so I used 1 can of tomato soup and one tomato that I chopped up. I also used beans instead of peas. I took the advice of other reviewers and cut the biscuits in half. Definately will be making again!

I just finished making this recipe and I have to say that I will never make it again. I took the other user tips and browned the biscuits first so they weren't doughy but the flavors just don't mesh well for me.

I am trying out a whole bunch of new recipes and this was a hit in our family. It was relatively quick and my husband told me half a dozen times how much he liked it. This kids liked the biscuits a lot too. Good choice.

This was really yummy! I made fresh bisquicks and cooked them only half the the time, then added them to rest of the dish. Everyone said it was bland so I add worchestershire sauce and corn, pretty much whatever veggies you want, one thing I didn't like the celery much.

This one was great! I added more veggies like green beans, carrots, & potato, it also needed to be baked a little longer so the biscuits weren't so doughy.

This was a nice all in one meal. I served this with a tossed green salad. I used a can of condensed tomato soup instead of sauce. This had a nice flavor and was very filling. I used frozen biscuits and wasn't able to split them (since they were still frozen) so it took quite a bit longer on the bake time to get them done. We enjoyed this but it didn't make our favorites so we probably won't have this again. Thanks Lois for a nice easy meal.

Looking for something easy to prepare and delicious? Look no further! Don't let the short list of simple ingredients fool you. This is a great meal! I only did one thing different. Instead of transferring it to a casserole dish, I kept it in my skillet (since it is oven proof). I just put the biscuits and cheese on top and baked it. Made for easy clean up!

A keeper. I added Worcester sauce and all season salt when I cooked the beef. I made Garlic Cheese Biscuits: and smeared it over the top, painting with garlic butter. DELISH.

This was a great base recipe. After looking over the reviews, I made a lot of changes. The original recipe seemed a bit bland, and I took the advice of reviewers and cooked the biscuits for about 5 - 8 minutes to cook the bottoms, and then added them to the beef. First of all, I omitted celery because I did not have any and replaced that with a small can of green chilie's. I used the oregano, salt, and pepper. In addition I added just a pinch of cumin, a sprinkle of crushed red peppers, 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic, and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Big change - I used enchilada sauce instead of tomato because I didn't have any. Also, I did not have shredded cheese, so I pieced out provolne and american and spread it on top. These changes made it a bit spicey, so it turned out to be quite a mexican dish lol. It turned out really great.

Sorry, but we did not care for this recipe. Tasted like an uninspired spaghetti sauce w/cheese & vegetables. I did add extra seasonings as others suggested, but won't be making it again.

This is a pretty good basic ground beef dinner. I had planned to use peas as suggested, but found I didn't have enough and had to add mixed vegetables, and that was fine. I would have liked the oregano flavor to be stronger. I didn't have refrigerator biscuits and made mine from scratch, adding the cheese halfway through the baking.

My husband and I loved this recipe! Based on some of the other reviews I did add some worcestershire sauce and cut the bisquits in half before baking. I hate when bisquits are doughy, cutting them im half really helpped. I also added some chopped carrots and red bell peppers because it is the only way my husband will eat his vegetables! Thanks for a new family favorite!

I changed the peas to green beans. I also added garlic powder, worchestershire sauce, and a can of diced tomatoes with jalapena peppers. I cooked it for 25-30 minutes. It came out wonderful!
