The best things about this recipe are that it is fast, easy and calls for things most people have on hand.
It is a great recipe to use if someone in your family is on Atkins, as my husband is. Just leave out the crust and pour into a well greased baking dish.
I substituted a Colby/Jack mix for the cheddar and Swiss, which was good. Next time, I will probably substitute breakfast sausage for the ground beef and leave out the oregano. I thought the oregano gave it a funny taste.
