Absolutely lovely, simple and very very tasty. I used half white and half wholemeal flour when I made the pastry case and then baked it 'blind' for 20 mins. I found it took a little longer to cook than recommended but that was no big deal. I will definitely make this again.

I used ground pork instead of ground beef and added orange bell peppers & mushrooms, it made a delicious combination. 5 stars!

I tried breakfast sausage and thet was good but would not add the mayonnaise. It gave the whole quiche sort of a bla taste.

I made this recipe for my family and it was a hit! So much so, that I ended up making it during the holidays for several get togethers. A couple times I substituted sausage for the ground beef for a brunch dish and, again, a huge hit! My 6 year old son asked me to make mini quiches of this for him to bring to his Thanksgiving Feast at school. All the kids loved them! This is a definite favorite in my family!

Tasty. I left out the mayo, but did everything else exactly. I want to add more to it, but not sure what- I'll try olives and dried tomatoes next time. Quick and easy!

This was a great recipe but I added a few things. 1/2 cup fresh chopped spinach and instead of beef I gave it more flavor by using pork sausage. My family loved it!

Delicious. I goofed and put broccoli instead of basil, but it came out great!

I prepared this quiche exactly as the directions stated minus the mayonnaise (because I had run out and didn't know it!) Since I only have my hubby and I to cook for, we ate on this for 2 days! It was very delicious.

This recipe was easy to follow and a big hit at the dinner table. I used ground sausage because that was what was easy to grab from the freezer. Delicious and hardy.

The idea is good, but needs more ingredients. I added potatoes and broccoli and more pepper to give this more flavor and appeal.

I thought this recipe was pretty tasty and the hubby loved it!! I did use closer to a whole lb of ground beef (I just didn't want to have that little bit of meat left over then have to try to figure out something to do with it). Since I used more meat I cut back a little bit on the the mayo and cheese. I think it came out great! We ate some for dinner then I warmed up the rest for breakfast the next morning. I figured what the heck it has eggs in it....and I didn't have to do anything on an early Sat morning but turn on the oven; can't beat that!!

My whole family loved it! the second time i left out the mayo and added 3 oz of real bacon bits to round out the flovor. The oregano was differant but it was good. My 5 year old asks for "cheeseburger pie" all of the time!!! Thanks so much! :)

Husband liked this more than I did - I guess I couldn't really get used to the idea of ground beef in a quiche. It was ok, but I doubt I'll make it again. Thanks.

This was just about as easy as the Bisquick impossible cheeseburger pie recipe, and we enjoyed it more. My husband pronounced it "finally, a quiche I like." I only had garlic powder with herbs already in, so I cut back on the oregano. And I forgot to chop up onions before browning the beef, so I used onion salt and cut back on the salt. Next time I'll try lowfat versions of everything and see if it's still as yummy!

My husband, son and I all liked this recipe very much. It was definitely flavorful and presented well. I used ground beef/veal/pork (meatball or meatloaf mix) instead of straight ground beef. I am not sure if the mayonnaise is really necessary, and may omit it the next time I make it to save some calories.

The best things about this recipe are that it is fast, easy and calls for things most people have on hand. It is a great recipe to use if someone in your family is on Atkins, as my husband is. Just leave out the crust and pour into a well greased baking dish. I substituted a Colby/Jack mix for the cheddar and Swiss, which was good. Next time, I will probably substitute breakfast sausage for the ground beef and leave out the oregano. I thought the oregano gave it a funny taste.
