Great recipe! I used 3/4 pounds ground beef, about 20 oz frozen stir fry vegetables, 1/4 soy sauce and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. I also added friend onions and mushrooms. Will definately be making this again, was easy and delicious!

The dish was great. I added a bit more soy sauce and some bean sprouts to my families liking. I made it with some steamed rice and Egg Foo Yong. All in all a quick and good tasting meal.

Really good recipe when you are so bored of the same old ground beef recipes. I added much more soy sauce to boost the Asian flavor as opposed to just a beef gravy dish. Also substituted gravy for packaged gravy powder prepared as directed to equal the amount called for in the recipe. I will definitely make this again.

I tweaked this recipe just a little to fit what I had on hand: Instead of jar gravy, I used powdered turkey gravy and mixed it in (with the water required on the gravy package) after the ground beef had finished browning. In addition to the garlic powder, I added 2 TBS of soy sauce, a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce, a couple shakes of red pepper flakes, and a few shakes of onion powder. After, I mixed in some microwavable frozen veggies and the cooked spaghetti noodles. It turned out very well!!! My husband thought it was awesome and my 3 year old ate all her vegetables (she did say it was a little spicy, though…lol). It was a VERY simple and quick dinner. I will be serving this again!

I made this a few times and We love it and it's easy to make. I never use the gravy option, I do use a stir fry sauce packet instead. It always comes out filling and great.

This is great and super-easy. Instead of spaghetti, I used Ramen noodles. I omitted the beef gravy, used lots more soy sauce, and added maybe 1/4 tsp. teriyaki sauce. Great dish!

I made this recipe exactly how it's written, I used the stir fry mix that had broccoli, red peppers, mushrooms and water chestnuts in it. This was so easy to make and was very delicious. I will make this again for sure and may even try it with ground chicken and chicken gravy! A winner in my book and a keeper for my recipe box.
