This is a great way to use up left over ground beef. It's quick and easy. While the flavors don't knock my socks off, it's pretty good.

Quick and delicious!! I used a can of turkey gravy instead of the beef gravy. I added 2 Tbsp of Bragg Liquid Aminos (better for you than soy sauce) 1 Tbsp Worcestershire and 1tsp ground ginger. My chubby hubby is borderline diabetic and I use artichoke pasta, it has a much lower glycemic index than regular pasta without sacrificing flavor or texture.

I made it without the gravy, with 2 T of low sodium soy sauce, 1 t of ginger, 1 t of red pepper flakes, and 1 T of Worcestershire sauce. Very easy and fast to make and tastes great.

This is a great recipe for moms like me who need something fast for after work, but don't like to settle for the usual. Believe it or not, I used Turkey gravy instead because that's all I had and it worked fine. I also added red chile pepper flakes for a kick and 2 Tbsp of oyster sauce as suggested below. The funny part is my husband commented that it was a nice and light dish--when he asked me why I was laughing I told him that it was made with gravy! Overall, my family loved this recipe and will definitely use it again.

I thought this was a very creative and delicious way to present a homemade lo mein dish. My family (even my 18 mo. old) ate it up til it was all gone! I definitely will be making this again. Thanks!

Needed the ginger and soy sauce other respondants specified. The beef gravy is fine but maybe not so much. wife said it seemed slimy. will try it again though and and use about half the gravy and add the ginger and more soy sauce.

This recipe was ok. Even after adding the ginger and extra soy, it still was pretty plain and tasteless. But it was quick and easy and the kids really seemed to like it. But then again, they are picky and will eat up some noodles!

Pretty good for a after work meal, quick and uses things usually on hand. I did however use advice of other reviews; adding 1/4 teaspoon ginger and increasing soy to 2 Tlbs. My husband loved it, my two year old licked his plate clean and my one year old loved it too.

This one was really hard to rate because it has so much potential. "Back to school nite" had me searching for a quickie meal and this was the winner due to the fact that I had everything in. I'm not quite sure what the purpose of adding a mere quarter teaspoon of soy sauce would possibly accomplish. You might as well not even bother because you won't even know it's there. I had to add more soy sauce and additional seasonings to make this taste like an asian dish. It was still rather bland, so I threw in a bit of garlic chili paste and oyster sauce. All in all, a good base but it really needs to be kicked up a bit. I do appreciate the good start and will definitely make it again.
