Five stars since it was such an easy recipe that I tried for a quick dinner last night. I may leave out the ramen noodles next time and try it over egg noodles. Thanks

Not bad at all and a quick and inexpensive meal for this exhausting time of year! I spiced it up like a lot of the reviewers and the family ate it all right up even though it's not too pretty a dish. I love finding these easy yummy recipes and will make again. Thanks

My husband I loved this quick recipe.I doubled the abount of noodles and I also used 1 can of rotel tomatoes and 1 can diced, I also used the mexi corn. My 4 year old and 2 did not like because it was too spicy. Next time i will leave the rotel out for them. However; If your kids like a little spice leave it in. Thanks

VERY good soup. Was very surprised when my picky 2 kids ate it..I had to add a little bit of spices though(like black pepper, cumin, taco seasoning) ended up really good..I do have to say if you will make this tasty soup make sure you will serve it right away..cause i notice i cooked it early ahead of time and by the time I served it for my husband who came from work it,the noddles drained up all the liquid that was in it..Other than that it was YUMMYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!

It was quite bland but I decided to add some stuff to spice it up. I added the tomato and corn (mexicorn) to the beef and cooked it all together and I also added Goya Adobo seasoning, garlic, onion powder, chives, salsa, chili powder, and some beef bullion. These were things that most of us have on hand so it should be pretty easy to do. I Aalso used plain noodles. My 3 year old loved it!

I was skeptical, but my family loved it!! Definitely quick and easy. We used Rotel to add a little more flavor & doubled the amount of noodles.

We tried this over the weekend and it wasn't bad at all. As a new bride it was easy to follow and not too expensive to make. I have to pick up some new herbs and spices to add to my pantry and I'll try spicing it up some next time. Now that I've found Allrecipes maybe I'll be a gourmet cook one of these days and my hubby can really brag, but he was happy with this meal just as is! Thanks

I suprised myself by trying this recipe, and go figure we liked it! My husband loved the fact that it was so cheap, but he dared me to serve it when we had someone over! It does look REALLY weird. I used a whole bag of frozen corn, cause I think it tastes better and a can of diced tomatoes w/jalapenos.Afraid it would have been bland w/o it. We will have it again.

I thought this sounded quick, easy and fairly good. It met my expectations for quick and easy, but it needed something. A little chili powder made it better. I also think another package of noodles would be in order although perhaps not the second flavor packet.

This sounded strange but tasted pretty good. I probably wouldn't have tried it without the previous good reviews. It was so easy to put this together with just one skillet which is a blessing in this hot sticky weather. I served it in taco "bowls" even though it's not really a mexican recipe. Thanks

This was a simple dish to make and pretty tasty . I spiced it up by using mexicorn and rotel tomatoes with chiles since my family loves anything with a mexican flavor. I drained the can of corn by habit then I re-read the recipe and realized I shouldn't have so I added water and a little dash of red pepper flakes. I served it over curly pasta (gemelli) and it was very filling.

I don't know what everyone's raving about. It wasn't completely inedible, but it wasn't very good, either. My kids took one look at it and refused to eat it.

My family really liked how the flavors blended in this meal. And it was so quick and easy with just one pan to clean up. I wonder how it would taste with other flavors of ramen noodles.

As a family affected by job cuts and big mortgages I've been trying to pinch pennies on grocery shopping and by finding economical recipes. This was a good one and everybody liked it. I didn't spice it up at all since my little ones are too finicky. Even if things pick up for us I will keep this in my meal rotation. Thanks

I just picked up the ramen noodles on sale 8 packs for $1 and I went searching for recipes. The funny thing is the corn was also on sale and I had picked up several cans too. This turned out really good and was so quick to make. My kids liked it a lot. My older daughter wrapped her portion up in a flour tortilla which was a little messy but she was happy. She's planning to take this recipe along when she goes off to her dorm next month. What a good thrify meal. Thanks

I had to try this when I saw several excellent reviews for a recipe with only 4 ingredients. This was very good actually. I can't give it 5 stars because it's not filet mignon after all, but it sure beats hamburger helper! I served it with a salad and some red pepper biscuits from this site. I also added a little red pepper to the meat mixture and it was yummy. Thanks for submitting this.
