I must say, since I only have a humble George Foreman and not a "real" grill, I had to modify this recipe somewhat considerably. But the marinade for the veggies was icky. Italian dressing is okay for chicken, but not vegetables. Also, I used a sweet potato for one of them since it's healthier, and that was pretty good, so I at least learned something there. Oh yeah, and the oil wasn't necessary -- use those calories towards extra cheese! The end.
