I loved this recipe. My husband liked it but thought it was weird on the turkey. Said he'd prefer it on chicken. I will most definitely use this recipe again though. Both on chicken and on turkey. It was an easy recipe and I doubled up the sauce and used half of it for dipping at the table.

Our grocery store's meat counter sells bacon-wrapped turkey tenderloins. I marinated and cooked the turkey with the bacon attached and it seems that gave this recipe an even more delicious flavor!

Very good recipe -and extremely simple to make. Other than using turkey cutlets - I made it exactly like the recipe stated. I also made extra marinade, heated it a little in the microwave and served as extra sauce. I wouldn't change a thing!!

This was a geat dish. I used less ginger and sugar,1/2 teaspoon cayenne to kick it up a bit and everyone enjoyed it!

I was a little skeptical looking at the ingredient list, but this was flavorful and excellent. I sliced it thin for sandwiches/wraps. Sweet soy sauce, if you can find it, is a nice twist - but omit the sugar and add about 1T Worcestershire sauce and double the mustard. With the addition of some ground red chili or maybe a touch of wasabi whipped cream on the side, this could be top notch.

This was very good and not terrible for you, either. I made it exactly as directed and I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for the great recipe.

My husband loved this, but I didn't care for it. The ginger was too overpowering. I'd like to make it again, using half the amount of ground ginger or try using freshly grated ginger instead to impart a smoother and lighter flavor. A good overall recipe -- plus it smells delicious when cooking!

I've made this a few times since finding the recipe, it's very easy and the whole family loves it. Have only used the broiler so far, but looking forward to trying it on the grill this sping.

This is a nice, simple and very tasty recipe. I used all purpose regular kikkomans soy sauce because it was what I had on hand. I also substituted the garlic clove with 1/8 tsp garlic powder. I baked them in my toaster oven on an oiled rack at 400 degrees (flipping once) for 20-25 min. Yum!

Very nice. My husband loved it, though the kids (age 6 & 3) didn't care for it. We did not use an outdoor grill & my husband thought it would be better that way.

These are delicious. I served with a rice pilaf - wonderful. Then the next day sliced on sandwiches - terrific again!

I doubled the marinade and left out some for dipping and used olive oil because it was on-hand. Very good and my family enjoyed it. Thanks
