DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oil, sugar, garlic, ginger and mustard. Pour 1/4 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add the turkey. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain and discard marinade from turkey. Grill turkey, covered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees F, turning twice and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Cut into slices.

I doubled the marinade and left out some for dipping and used olive oil because it was on-hand. Very good and my family enjoyed it. Thanks

This is a nice, simple and very tasty recipe. I used all purpose regular kikkomans soy sauce because it was what I had on hand. I also substituted the garlic clove with 1/8 tsp garlic powder. I baked them in my toaster oven on an oiled rack at 400 degrees (flipping once) for 20-25 min. Yum!

Very nice. My husband loved it, though the kids (age 6 & 3) didn't care for it. We did not use an outdoor grill & my husband thought it would be better that way.

These are delicious. I served with a rice pilaf - wonderful. Then the next day sliced on sandwiches - terrific again!
