Great marinade-- nice combination of sweet and spicy. I used chicken instead of turkey. I'm not sure about the zukes...I love them but I'm not sure they went with the overall taste of the dish. Next time I will try more colored bell peppers, and maybe some baby corn pieces or little red taters. Overall-- great kabob marinade! Thanks!
