I'm just starting to expieriment with ground turkey. I thought this was pretty good. It needs more flavor. I might try it again with some alterations.

These burger are pretty much amazing! An exploation of flavor, I had to tweek the recipe a little but it was still just as good. Instead of using bread crumbs I used croutons! I am going to make this again and again!!!

Loved it! My favorite part was the mayo. The only change I made was I added an egg to the burger mixture, and I grilled mine on the outdoor grill instead of broiling. I also toasted up my kaiser rolls on the grill face down. Will definitely make again.

Wow! Really good. I was searching for red pepper mayo to use up my roasted peppers and I had just about all the ingredients on hand for this recipe so I said what the heck! I am new to ground turkey, however, I am finding a lot of great recipes on that site that is making me like it more and more. Especially liking this one. Great recipe, thanks!
