I made it with leftover grilled chicken. Apart from adding some Chipotle powder to the mix, I made it pretty much as written. Really good (though next time I'll sprinkle a little fresh cilantro on top). Thanks!

Pretty good. I didn't follow it exactly but not a bad dish.

this was pretty quick and VERY good. One of the tostadas was more crispy than the other. My husband ate the crispy one and ate it like a salad. I had the softer one and cut it in half and folded each half and ate it like a soft taco. Either way, it was very good! I might add sliced avocado to it next time.

This was fabulous. I didn't have the Chik'n Strips that were called for, but just sliced some chicken breast and used that in it's place. Great recipe, will make again.

This was sooooo good. I skipped the first step and used pre-made tostadas and added avocado to it, which made it that much better. I bet even without the Morning Star Chik'n Strips it would still be good, for those of you who can't find it in your grocery store. I will definitely be making this again.
