This was delicious and I will definitely make it again! I used the Costco Mango Peach Salsa to save time but look forward to making the salsa in the recipe. The marinade would be delicious for any white fish.

This was excellent!! Everyone in the family loved it! I baked the tilapia in the oven, broiling it at the end. I also added strawberries as someone had suggested. It was super! I'll definitely be making this again.

My family really enjoyed this recipe. The second time I made it I substituted thinly sliced chicken cutlets in place of the tilapia just because I had chicken on hand. It was equally as delicous. Thank you for the recipe.

this recipe "is to die for" ! My husband and kids loved it as well as myself ! I didn't change anything but did add a little more garlic than call for because we love garlic. Great recipe !

Great, easy-to-make recipe! Esp. if you live in the tropics. Here in Thailand it easy to get almost all of these ingredients all year round (except the parsley). The fish is flavorful and delicate and mango salsa adds something special! We polished off the whole bowl in one sitting! Would definitely make this again!

I would give this ten stars if I could!! I used the George Foreman grill to cook these as others suggested, and they turned out great. Otherwise, I followed the recipe to a T. I don't even like fish, but this was awesome. Thanks for this great recipe!

Absolutely AWESOME!!!! My wife went back for 3rds!!!! and she rarely finishes the first plate! Easy and awesome. I used a palimaño chile instead and it worked great!

Absolutely fantastic! I can't begin to tell you what a hit this was. I don't like fish, but this really was the best combination of flavors in my mouth. I didn't grill the fish (live in Minnesota) so I put the fish under the broiler 3-4 minutes per side. The mango salsa is what makes this dish. The combination of sweet and hot and peppery was out of this world. If you're having fish tonight, this is a must!! Thanks for posting Witzken!!
