I made this recipe as is except used whole milk instead of table cream. It was simply delicious. Don't leave out the fresh oregano - it really makes the dish.

This recipe was awesome! My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised at how flavorful this dish is! He even asked me to make it again for dinner next week! The only change I made was to add a little more cream.

The red wine colored the grilled sausage red, made it look like blood sausage.. other than that, it was pretty good.. next time I may use white wine to preserve the natural color of the sausage.

I don't like big hunks of sausage with my pasta so after cooking the sausage, I ran it through the food processor to resemble hamburger. I used home canned plain tomatoes and added dried basil instead of oregano (just a taste preference). I also didn't use linguine but any pasta will do. This is a good recipe. Thanks!

I really liked this sauce! I usually do white or red sauce, and the combination of the two was refreshing and easy to make. I ended up using spiral noodles, because I already had them on hand. I will definitely make this again.

This was good, but nothing special. The chicken sausage was great though.

Fantastic recipe -- my entire family loved it. Was really surprised that we all loved the chicken sausage!! The sauce was runny like some of the reviewers said, but I thought it was perfect over fettucine!!! And, frankly, I like the thinner cream sauce. :) Perfect, and we are adding it to our recipe box.

Amazing recipe! My family ate it all in two days. Wouldn't change a thing. We did season with salt at the table which I feel is a must with this dish.

My family really enjoyed this recipe, I used chicken broth instead of wine, and added in some sauteed portabella mushrooms. I think grilling the sausage is the key to this recipe...it gives it great flavor! I am a huge fan of al fresco now!!!!
