Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed cilantro leaves
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup NAKANO® Seasoned Red Wine Vinegar - Italian Herb
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 beef coulotte or New York steaks (about 6 ounces each)

Directions

  1. Use food processor (or sharp chef's knife) to finely mince cilantro and garlic. Add rice vinegar, oil, pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper to food processor; pulse several times (or combine in bowl with cilantro and garlic). Set aside. Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Grill, broil, or saute steaks to desired doneness. Drizzle sauce over steaks.
