This was fairly tasty, although I think it would have been better with 1/4 cup of melted butter added to the marinade. My shrimp were pre-cooked, and I didn't have skewers... so I just placed them on a wire rack and broiled them in my toaster oven until they were warm. I poured the leftover marinade into a pan on the stove and added 1/4 cup of butter and a little bit of cornstarch to make a sauce for some fettuccine.

Added more lemon to give the shrimp a zestier flavor.

I loved this! I of course made a change or two. I did not use parsley or red pepper. Served it over rice spagetti tossed in lemon juice, fresh grated parmesan cheese, and butter. Made me never want restaurant style again!

Kind of a hassle to make and a smidge spicy but I really liked the end result. This is definitely a special occasion type of meal but worth it when you do make it.

Tasty! I'd suggest adding chili powder instead of red pepper flakes, but i like shrimp scampi a little spicy... If you use cooked shrimp from the grocery store, all you need to do is saute after you marinate, just as good... when the shrimp curl up a little tighter into balls theyre done... great recipe, thanks!

So much better than any store bought marinade. Plus, grilling them doesn't smell up the entire house.

Not the best. I missed the flavors of the butter and white wine. I don't think we will make again. It was a quick fix with simple ingredients.

I loved that the marinade was easy to put together with the readily ingredients. I've tried both grilling them on skewers with veggies and tossing them with cooked pasta but still missing the WOW factor.

Absolutely delish! It was pouring rain out, so I stuck the skewers under the broiler in the oven for 4 minutes or so - fabulous!

Fast, easy, delicious - what more could you ask for? I added 1" square pieces of red & green peppers and mushrooms on the skewers. Just be careful not to overcook the shrimp.

I've made this recipe a couple of times using very large sea scallops instead of shrimp. The result was absolutely delicious! They turned out well when seared in a grill pan on the stove top also. This recipe is definitely a "keeper" for me!

This was wonderful. I doubled the sauce as other reviewers suggested. I'm glad that I did. I made this along side steak and put the sauce over pasta. Will keep this recipe.

Easy, healthy, and tasty! For variation, add a little dry sherry to the marinade.
